Driven by a lifelong passion for sports and a dedication to compassionate care, I bring a well-rounded clinical skill set and extensive on-field experience to every patient interaction. As a Certified Athletic Therapist (CATA Certified, ATABC Registered) and the Head Athletic Therapist for the Surrey Eagles junior hockey team, I specialize in diagnosing and rehabilitating musculoskeletal injuries—whether they occur in the clinic, on the ice, or on the field.

My roles include:

-Leading injury assessments, treatment planning, and return-to-play or return-to-work protocols

-Collaborating closely with coaches, players, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize recovery and performance

-Applying hands-on manual therapy techniques—including soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilizations, and myofascial release—to reduce pain, restore movement, and support healing

-Creating tailored rehab programs that align with each individual’s goals.

-Taping, bracing, and providing acute injury response during practices and games

I’ve had the pleasure of supporting athletes across diverse environments—from elite teams like BC Hockey, BC Rugby, SFU Red Leafs Softball, and the BC Lions (CFL), to clients at Catch Physio and Wellness Clinic.

My patient-centric approach prioritizes clear communication, evidence-based strategies, and teamwork. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or striving for peak performance, I’m committed to helping you return to the activities you love—stronger, safer, and more confident.
